Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 55ace. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55ace reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the associated player from the Platform.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You further agree to keep this information current. 55ace will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to update your account details.
55ace is required by PAGCOR to conduct mandatory KYC verification for all registered accounts. Acceptable identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, or passport. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be subject to withdrawal restrictions and promotional limitations until verification is finalized. 55ace may, at its discretion, request additional supporting documentation for enhanced due diligence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 55ace account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
55ace will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 55ace and requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 55ace immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected compromise of your credentials, or any other security concern related to your account. 55ace will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures or where you have knowingly or negligently shared your credentials.
55ace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. 55ace reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on the 55ace Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their financial institution.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your 55ace account balance upon successful processing. 55ace does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment processors may apply their own fees.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 55ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 55ace will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
